Core Purification & Treatment Units (Pre-Treatment & RO)
• Raw Water Feed Pump: Heavy-duty centrifugal pump to draw water from borewells/municipal sources.
• Sand Filter (Multigrade Filter): Removes suspended solids, turbidity, and physical impurities.
• Activated Carbon Filter: Eliminates bad odor, color, chlorine, and organic compounds.
• Micron Cartridge Filter (5-micron & 1-micron): Fine filtration to catch minute suspended particles before the high-pressure stage.
• Dosing Systems: Anti-scalant dosing (to prevent membrane scaling) and pH correction.
• Reverse Osmosis (RO) Skid: Multi-stage RO system with high-pressure pumps and high-rejection membranes to lower total dissolved solids (TDS).
• Mineral Dosing System: Adds back essential healthy minerals post-RO to meet BIS drinking standards.

Disinfection & Sterilization Units
• UV (Ultraviolet) Sterilizer: Destroys remaining bacteria and micro-organisms right before bottling.
• Ozonator System: Infuses ozone (O₃) into the purified water to extend shelf life and ensure zero microbial growth in sealed bottles.

Packaging & Bottling Machinery
• Rinsing, Filling, and Capping (RFC) Machine: Fully automatic rotary or linear monoblock machine for PET bottles without human contact.
• PET Blowing Machine / Preform Heater: For shaping bottles on-site (supports 200ml, 500ml, 1L, and 2L formats).
• Batch Coding Machine: Laser or inkjet printer for printing MRP, manufacturing date, batch number, and expiry.
• Shrink Wrapping Tunnel: For bundling bottled packs.
• Jar/Can Filling Section: Separate dedicated washing and filling setup for 20-liter jars if applicable.

Mandatory Quality Control Lab Equipment
To secure BIS ISI Certification and an FSSAI License, an on-site testing lab is legally required, equipped with:
• Chemistry Laboratory: pH meters, TDS meters, turbidity meters, colorimeters, and titration kits for chemical analysis.
• Microbiology Laboratory: Incubators, laminar air flow benches, and autoclaves to test for coliforms and E. coli.
If you're planning your layout, tell us:
• What is your raw water source (borewell, municipal, river)?
• Are you planning to focus on small bottles (200ml-1L) or 20-liter cans?
we can help tailor the machinery configuration and compliance checklist.
