• Feed / Raw Water Pump: Centrifugal pump (approx. 1 HP) to draw and push raw water into the pre-treatment filters.
• Pressure Sand Filter (PSF): Vertical FRP vessel with multi-grade sand to trap suspended solids, turbidity, and dust.
• Activated Carbon Filter (ACF): Vertical FRP vessel with granular activated carbon to remove chlorine, odor, and organic compounds.
• Micron Cartridge Filter (5-micron): Fine sediment trap protecting the high-pressure pump and membranes.
• Antiscalant Dosing System: Electronic diaphragm pump that injects anti-scalant chemicals to prevent membrane scaling.
• High-Pressure Pump & RO Skid: Vertical or horizontal multi-stage pump (2 to 3 HP) powering water through 2 units of 4040-size polyamide RO membranes housed in FRP pressure tubes.
• Control Panel: Semi-auto electrical panel featuring starters, thermal overload relays, low/high-pressure safety switches, and flow rotameters.
