AH 6000 LPH RO PLANT ( MANUAL / SEMI AUTO / FRP /SS / ISI / CUSTOMISED )

Price range: ₹380000.00 through ₹1200000.00
A standard 6,000 LPH (Liters Per Hour) industrial Reverse Osmosis (RO) plant with a stainless steel (SS) build, semi-automatic/manual capabilities, and custom configurations delivers roughly 60,000 liters of purified water daily (based on a 10-hour run cycle). These systems are typically deployed in large commercial setups, hotels, hospitals, and manufacturing units

Standard Process Flow & Build
• Raw Water Feed Pump: Pulls water from your borewell or municipal source into the treatment line.
• Sand Filter (Multimedia): Traps dirt, suspended solids, and turbidity.
• Activated Carbon Filter: Removes chlorine, bad odors, and organic compounds.
• Micron Cartridge Filter (5-micron): Acts as a fine guard before water hits high-pressure stages.
• High-Pressure Pump: Pressurizes the pre-filtered water to force it through the RO membranes.
• RO Membrane Skids: Multiple thin-film composite (TFC) membranes configured in stainless steel housings to strip away 95–99% of dissolved solids (TDS).
• Post-Treatment (Optional/Custom): UV sterilizers, ozone injection, or mineral dosing.

Operational Modes: Manual vs. Semi-Auto
• Manual Mode: Requires human intervention to open/close feed valves, throttle high-pressure reject valves manually to balance permeate and reject flow rotameters, and turn pumps on/off. Ideal for budget-conscious or highly supervised industrial floors.
• Semi-Auto Mode: Integrates a basic control panel with automated low- and high-pressure safety cut-offs, auto-flushing cycles to protect membranes from scaling, and push-button pump starters, leaving major flow balancing or chemical cleaning steps to operators.

Stainless Steel (SS) Construction & Customization
• SS Skid & Frame: Grade SS304 or SS316 frames provide exceptional structural rigidity, corrosion resistance, and longevity compared to standard mild steel (MS) or basic fiberglass (FRP) skids.
• Customization Options:
o Inlet Water Adaptation: Tuned configurations for high-TDS borewell water or low-recovery setups.
o Pumps & Controls: Upgrading to energy-saving VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) high-pressure pumps or advanced PLC/HMI touch panels.
o Pass Configuration: Single-pass vs. double-pass RO or integration with EDI (Electrodeionization) for ultra-pure process water.

If you're planning an installation, tell us:
• What is your inlet water TDS and source (borewell, tanker, municipal)?
• Do you need fully automated PLC controls or a basic semi-auto push-button panel?
we can help tailor the exact specifications or power requirements for your site.
