AH 3000 LPH RO PLANT ( MANUAL / SEMI AUTO / FULLY AUTO / CUSTOMISED)

Price range: ₹240000.00 through ₹550000.00
A 3000 LPH RO Plant is a commercial and industrial water purification system that filters 3,000 liters of water per hour, making it ideal for factories, hospitals, schools, and bottling units. System Overview & Specifications • Capacity: 3000 Liters Per Hour (up to 6 hours operation with 18,000 Liters Per Day) • Purification Stages: Multigrade sand filter, activated carbon filter, micron cartridge filter, and high-pressure reverse osmosis membranes. • Recovery Rate: 40% to 70% recovery of purified water depending on raw water quality. [ • Salt Rejection: 95% to 99% reduction in Total Dissolved Solids (TDS). • Material Options: Corrosion-resistant Fiber-reinforced Plastic (FRP) vessels or durable Stainless Steel (SS304/SS202) skid-mounted frames.

Core System Description & Purification Stages
• Raw Water Feed Pump: Pulls raw water from the source (borewell or municipal supply) and pushes it through the pre-treatment units.
• Sand Filter (Pressure Vessel): Removes suspended solids, turbidity, sand, and large dust particles. Uses multi-port manual or automatic valves for backwashing.
• Activated Carbon Filter: Adsorbs free chlorine, organic compounds, bad odors, and color to protect the downstream RO membranes.
• Antiscalant Dosing System: Injects a chemical solution to prevent scaling (mineral buildup) on the membrane surface.
• Micron / Cartridge Filter: Acts as a final guard to catch fine particles (usually 5 to 20 microns) before water enters the high-pressure pump.
• High-Pressure Pump: Generates the required high pressure (150–250 PSI) to force water molecules through the semi-permeable RO membranes against osmotic pressure.
• RO Membrane Housing & Modules: Houses thin-film composite (TFC) membranes that reject up to 95%–99% of total dissolved solids (TDS), heavy metals, and bacteria, separating water into purified permeate and concentrated reject.
If you're planning an installation, tell us:
• What is your feed water source (borewell or municipal)?
• What is the input TDS level of your water?
We can help you figure out if you need an anti-scalant dosing system or a UV attachment.
