• Prices in INR, inclusive of GST unless stated. Prices subject to change without notice.
• We reserve right to refuse any order due to stock unavailability, pricing error, or suspected fraud.

2. Product Information
We attempt to display accurate images, capacities (8L, 12L, 50 LPH, 100 LPH, 250 LPH, 500 LPH, 1000 LPH, 5000 LPH) and specifications. However, minor variation may occur due to continuous improvement. Actual product may vary slightly from image.

3. Orders & Acceptance
Order confirmation email does not mean acceptance. Acceptance occurs upon dispatch. We may cancel order if payment not received, address is unserviceable, or product discontinued.

4. Installation & Service

• Free installation within Mumbai city limits for domestic RO. Outside Mumbai, installation charges extra or via local technician.
• Commercial & Industrial installation included within 30km of Mumbai; beyond that, travel charges extra.
• Customer to ensure water inlet, drainage point, electrical socket (5A) ready.

5. User Responsibilities
You agree not to misuse website, attempt hacking, post false reviews. You must provide accurate address and phone number.

6. Intellectual Property
All content, logo AAQUA HOME, product images, text, color blocks design are owned by us. No reproduction without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
AAQUA HOME liability limited to product invoice value. We are not liable for indirect loss due to water quality issues arising from non-replacement of filters, source water changes, etc. Water quality depends on source TDS.

8. Governing Law
These terms governed by laws of India. Courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.

9. Changes
We may update Terms anytime. Continued use after update constitutes acceptance.
