1. Cancellation Policy

• Domestic RO Systems (8L-20L): Cancellation allowed within 24 hours of order placement if not dispatched. Full refund initiated within 5-7 working days.
• Commercial & Industrial Systems (50 LPH to 10000 LPH): These are Made-to-Order, custom engineered. Cancellation allowed within 12 hours. After that, 25% engineering charges deducted. After manufacturing starts (24 hours), no cancellation.
• Genuine Spares: Cancellation within 24 hours if not shipped.

2. Return Policy

• Domestic RO: 7-day return window from delivery date only for manufacturing defects, damaged in transit, or wrong product delivered. Product must be unused, uninstalled, in original packaging with all accessories, filters sealed.
• Commercial / Industrial: No return as these are custom-built and installed on-site. However, if any manufacturing defect found during installation/testing, we will replace defective part free.
• Genuine Spares: Return within 7 days if seal unbroken, not used, in original pack. Electrical items (pump, SMPS) not returnable if installed.
• Customer must share unboxing video for damaged claims within 24 hours of delivery.

3. Refund Process

• Once return approved after quality check, refund initiated.
• Refund via original payment method within 7-10 working days.
• Shipping charges non-refundable.
• For COD orders, refund via bank transfer.

4. Non-Returnable Cases

• Installation done and product used.
• Filters / membranes used even once.
• Damage due to misuse, voltage fluctuation, hard water beyond specified limits, improper handling.
• Custom Project orders (5000 LPH+).
• No unboxing video for transit damage.

5. Warranty Replacement, Not Refund
During warranty (1 year for domestic RO, 6 months for commercial spares, as per invoice), we will repair/replace defective part, not refund. Genuine spare for every RO system provided.
