Filtration Stages Stage 1: 20-Inch Polypropylene Spun Filter (5 Micron) — Traps coarse suspended solids, silt, sand, and particulate rust. Stage 2: 20-Inch Granular Activated Carbon (GAC) — Neutralizes chlorine, organic matter, pesticides, and unpleasant odors. Stage 3: 20-Inch Carbon Block (CTO, 5 Micron) — Delivers secondary adsorption and prevents carbon fine carryover into the pumps. Stage 4: High-Pressure Pumping Stage — Elevates water pressure to 100–120 PSI to drive reverse osmosis. Stage 5: Dual Commercial RO Membranes (0.0001 Micron) — Rejects dissolved mineral salts (TDS), heavy metals, arsenic, nitrates, and microbial pathogens. Stage 6: Post-Treatment (UV / Mineral Post-Carbon) — Polishes water taste, balances pH, and provides final sterilization prior to storage.
